SimShot Event Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date and time.
• SimShot will contact you after your booking request to arrange deposit payment and provide the contract for signature.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the event.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled to a new available date.
• If bad weather occurs during the event and the simulator cannot be moved indoors, no refund will be given.
• Cancellations not due to weather are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at SimShot's discretion.

3. Event Requirements:

• Adequate space for simulator setup is required. SimShot staff will assist in confirming suitability of the location.
• Access to a power source is required for simulator operation.

4. Club Usage:

• Clubs are provided free of charge for all events.
• For weddings and fundraisers, driver clubs are not permitted for safety reasons.

5. Liability:

• SimShot is not responsible for any injuries or damages to persons or property during the event.
• The event host assumes full responsibility for ensuring that guests use the equipment safely and appropriately.
• SimShot staff reserve the right to end participation for any guests engaging in reckless or unsafe behavior.

6. Closest to the Pin Challenges and Fundraisers:

• For events involving fundraising games (e.g., Closest to the Pin Challenge), all money collected goes directly to the specified recipient (e.g., wedding couple or school fundraiser).
• SimShot is not responsible for collection, management, or distribution of fundraising proceeds beyond confirming payment before play.

7. Use of Likeness:

• By participating, guests grant permission to SimShot to use photos or videos taken during the event for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

• By signing this contract and submitting the deposit, the event host agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
