How much does it cost to book SimShot for a private event?

Private events are $125 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Additional hours can be added for $125/hour.


What is included with my booking?

Every booking includes full setup and takedown, an on-site SimShot operator, all necessary equipment, and free club rental.


How does payment work?

After you submit your booking request, we will reach out to you directly to finalize the details. A 20% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to secure your event. The remaining balance is due at the completion of your event.


What happens if there is bad weather?

If bad weather is forecasted, you have the option to reschedule to another available date as long as the event hasn’t started and cancellation is made at least 4 hours prior. If bad weather occurs during the event and we are unable to move indoors, no refunds will be given.


Do you provide clubs?

Yes! We provide clubs for all events at no additional charge. Note: For weddings and fundraisers, no drivers are allowed for safety reasons.
